Thornton Force
A trip out to the Yorkshire Dales brought me to Inglenton Falls where it is a 4.5 miles/8 kilometres walk around with many small/grand waterfalls and streams are located. This one is called Thornton Force and is the most popular and most known in Ingenton Falls. The one thing which annoyed me as a photographer was the amount of people clowining around climbing under the waterfall itself - Good job I have a lot of patience because I know a few people who would get annoying, not naming names.

Thornton Force is the most famous of the waterfalls on the trail, located 1½ miles from the car park and not to be missed! Here the river falls 14 metres over limestone rocks in an impressive cascade of water. There is a viewing area which is also a suitable picnic spot.
